Okay, I found this recipe on elanaspantry.com. It is super easy to make and oooooh so good! If you want a low-carb alternative to icky bread, try this one out!

Gluten Free Simple Bread

INGREDIENTS

2 1/2 cups blanced almond flour

1/2 tsp sea salt

1/2 tsp baking soda

3 eggs

1 T agave nectar

1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 300 degrees F

In large bowl, combine flour, salt and baking soda.

In separate bowl, whisk eggs.

Add agave and vinegar to whisked eggs.

Stir wet ingredients into dry ones and mix up.

Scoop batter into smallish bread pan.

Bake 45-55 mins.

Cool and serve (or take a bite when it’s warm…yum!)

Makes 1 small loaf

Thanks to elanaspantry.com for this wonderful, gluten-free, and low-carb bread! Very tasty!

BTW, I understand that Agave nectar does not spike the blood sugar. It looks and tastes like honey, but is better for the GI! Be warned though, there are sugars!
