Carbohydrates Can Kill Podcast…and some Updates!

Hey all,

I know that most of my late entries have not been very good. I have neglected the blog a bit because I am in the process of writing a book. It will be called Alternefit Guide to Losing Fat, Getting Fit, and Gaining Health, and it will be a “pocket guide” for your use. I figured many of you might like a quick summary and quick read type of book, so I decided to do this introductory book for you! I hope you will like it when I am done…look for it coming within 6 months I hope! Again, it will not be super detailed…and it will be an easy read for you all!

Also, I recently spoke with Dr. Robert K. Su, MD for his one year anniversary show, and that show is now posted here:

Please listen to his many guests as they share their messages with him…and also listen to Dr. Su’s podcast and read his blog! It is very educational. He also has a book by the same name that is excellent…he is a well-versed and nice guy! Show him your support, and tell him what you think!

Thanks so much…and I PROMISE I will get to the blog and podcast again soon!

Have a healthy day!
